All players have to accept the following, so called "Realera Rules", in order to play the game.

Bans are applied to the entire account, not to individual characters. This means that the penalty affects the entire account, regardless of the number of characters owned.

First Ban: Upon the first ban, the account is blocked for 7 days.
Second Ban: For the second ban, the account is blocked for 14 days.
Third Ban and Each Subsequent Ban: After the third ban, the account is blocked for 30 days.

Summary: Bans are applied to the entire account. Each subsequent violation results in a longer block: the first ban lasts 7 days, the second 14 days, and the third and each following ban lasts 30 days.

1. Names:

a) Invalid Name Format
-Names that contain parts of sentences (except for guild names), badly formatted words, nonsensical combinations of letters or names similar to monster names.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

b) Offensive Name
-Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

c) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
-Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

d) Name Supporting Rule Violation
-Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Realera rules.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name.

2. Statements:

a) Spamming
-Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

b) Offensive Statement
-Insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

c) Off-Topic Public Statement
-Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

d) Disclosing Personal Data of Others
-Disclosing personal data of other people.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

e) Advertising
-Advertising brands, products, another servers or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money or for currency from outside the server. This rule also applies to sending links containing other advertisements.
-Advertising not related to the purpose of the channel or not following the rules of the channel.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

f) Hostile towards us
-Spreading or sending false information or starting propaganda about the server which may cause a reduction of the server's population or harm the server's reputation.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

h) Destructive Bahaviour
-Writting false informations about the server at public channels, convincing other players to leave from the server, provocative questions or statements whether the server is still alive.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

i) Threatening staff support
-Threatening, insulting, blackmailing somebody who belongs to staff support is punishable.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

3. Cheating:

a) Using Unofficial Software to Play
-Manipulating or modifying the official game client program in any way, abusing the official game client, using additional software to play the game or pretending to cheat to mislead other players on purpose.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

b) Bug Abuse
-Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of our services.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

c) Multi Clienting
-Playing more than 4 characters per person.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

4. Trading:

a) Game Items Trading
-Trading or attempting to trade items including gold in any of the Realera worlds for real money or products of third parties is prohibited.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.

b) Account Trading
-Offering account or character data to other players for real money is prohibited, however, we do not interfere with out-of-game trading. (Only auctions on the website are allowed). It is strictly prohibited to send character trading-related messages in Trade channel. Character trading is only allowed in Auctions channel.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

c) Trading Points
-Trading or attempting to trade Realera Points for real money or outside of Realera's official services is prohibited.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.

d) Other Trading
-Trading or attempting to trade the rest of the various services or things for real money or for currency from outside the server.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.

5. Reports:

a) False positive reports
-You may not making false positive and ingame questions in the rule violation channel(ctrl+r).
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

6. Blocking:

a) Intentional blocking
-Intentional blocking NPC, persistent blocking spawns with 2 or more players whose main objective is to force a person to gain frags by blocking entrance to spawns. The so-called "defence" is excluded here.

7. Other Abuses:

a) Hacking
-Stealing other players account or personal data.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

b) Scamming
-Scamming players during any legal items trade. Not applicable in selling kills, selling characters or gambling games, for example, playing dice, when playing these games, you do it at your own risk.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

c) Threats
-Sharing data or links to external sites that may contain potentially harmful software or viruses.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.

d) Houses
-Since there is no rent payment required for houses on Rookgaard, you can own a maximum of two houses per person to ensure equal access to properties for all residents.

e) Auctions
-When selling or trading characters, you must provide a link that directs users to an active, accessible auction page. This link should lead directly to a live auction listing, allowing users to view the available items, bidding details, and other relevant information. Remember, we do not interfere with any trades made outside of our platform.

These rules may be changed at any time. (Last update 23.10.2024)

1. An internet browser and an internet connection are required for full use of the service.
2. When your transfer is booked (from credit cards and online banking from the list, it takes a few seconds), the appropriate amount of premium points will be added to your account. After a successful operation, your account is automatically topped up with a specified amount of premium points.
3. The user can exchange premium points for in-game items. The user does not become the owner of the items but only gains the right to use them. The owner of the items remains the administrator of the Realera.org server.
4. The administration is not responsible for the loss of items.
5. Unused points are forfeited.
6. Realera points are automatically sent after the transaction is booked by the bank.
7. Complaints can be submitted via email or on our forum. The complaint application will be processed within 14 days from submission.
8. In the event of account blocking or deletion due to a violation of the game rules, the user is not entitled to recover previously purchased premium points or items acquired by them.
