All players have to accept the following, so called "Realera Rules", in order to play the game.

1. An internet browser and an internet connection are required for full use of the service.
2. When your transfer is booked (from credit cards and online banking from the list, it takes a few seconds), the appropriate amount of premium points will be added to your account. After a successful operation, your account is automatically topped up with a specified amount of premium points.
3. The user can exchange premium points for in-game items. The user does not become the owner of the items but only gains the right to use them. The owner of the items remains the administrator of the Realera.org server.
4. The administration is not responsible for the loss of items.
5. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.
6. Realera points are automatically sent after the transaction is booked by the bank.
7. Complaints can be submitted via email or on our forum. The complaint application will be processed within 14 days from submission.
8. In the event of account blocking or deletion due to a violation of the game rules, the user is not entitled to recover previously purchased premium points or items acquired by them.
